140 How can I change my order date?

Due to the Atomy system where, total down-line PV is calculated every day the date on which an order was made is very important.

If an order has been made on an incorrect date, please let us know on 03 9133 5100 for us to find and cancel the order. The order can be made again once this has been confirmed.


131 Why can't I process my order?

​Due to security reasons billing address has to be same as the credit card address in order for the payment to be processed.

Payment will be declined if the address does not match.

130 Can I change the payment date after I order?

Payment date cannot be changed once the order has been paid. In order for the payment date to be changed, the order has to be cancelled and reordered again.

Order cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.

129 How do I order products?
1. Log-in to www.atomy.com/au with your ID and password.
2. Go to Shopping Mall and click on the product you wish to purchase
3. Select quantities
4. Press 'Add to Cart' if you want to add more products. If not, click on 'Buy Now'.
5. Fill out the Buyer and Receiver information
6. Select payment method
7. Keep the Invoice No. You can view your order details by clicking on the 'Order History' button on the left of main page.
128 Is there a way to change the payer?

Once you confirm payment online, you cannot change the credit card details. 

Please call or send an email to info_au@atomy.com to cancel the order, then re-order under a different payer.  

127 Can I change mailing address or contact number after I ordered?

Once the order has been placed, mailing address or contact information cannot be changed. Please double check before confirming the order.
