371 Warranty of electrical and electronic products (air purifier)

Product Warranty:


The product comes with a 1-year warranty starting from the date of purchase.

If your product experiences manufacturing or component damage issues during this period and it has been used according to the instruction manual, we will provide free maintenance services.

Please note that the air purifier filter is considered a consumable accessory and is not covered by this warranty. Refer to the manual for replacement guidelines.


Returns and Exchanges:


Once the product has been unpacked or doesn't have quality issues after use, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

After the warranty period expires, the user is responsible for shipping costs when returning the product.

For issues occurring after the warranty period, maintenance costs will be charged based on the actual repair requirements.


Conditions Not Covered by Warranty:

During the warranty period, our company will not provide free after-sales service under the following conditions:


Proof of purchase (order number/serial number) cannot be provided.

●The serial number provided does not match the actual serial number of the machine sent for repair or has been altered.

Product damage resulting from improper human operation, such as incorrect power supply, immersion in liquid, falling, failure to follow the instruction manual, etc.

Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or maintenance by non-authorized personnel of our company.

●Product damage resulting from the use of consumables or accessories not specified by our company.

●Product damage caused by force majeure events (such as natural disasters, abnormal voltage, war, etc.).

●Product damage resulting from use in a non-domestic environment, such as commercial use of a standard product.

●Normal wear and tear, such as abrasion and aging, that does not affect the product's normal use.


Please be aware that the company retains the right to interpret and adjust the warranty terms within the limits allowed by laws and regulations.

355 Reporting of product damaged in transit, defective and short quantity in 48 hours

Member is advised to reject the parcel upon delivery if the outer box is damaged.

Kindly report the case in 48 hours should you found the parcel in conditions below

1. Damaged in transit

2. Defective

3. Short quantity

78 How can I exchange my product?
For product exchange, you can only exchange the same product or product with same price and PV. Otherwise, you may request for refund from us.

Please follow the steps as below:
1) Fill out the PRODUCT RETURN / EXCHANGE (PR-01-06) e-form through this link https://atomy.hypedmind.ai/form/1683013393305​ and kindly provide picture if needed.
2) Wait for our confirmation through email.
3) Once you received confirmation from Atomy, send your product and hard copy of the form to address below

77 How do I return product​
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our products, you may return them within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund of the product price and applicable tax.
Except for supplement, promotion item, food, beverage and cosmetic products, all defective products are returnable with the condition that the product is in the same condition as when purchased. Original receipt has to be attached with the product returned.
Purchaser is responsible for delivery charges. The return of products may affect the eligibility to receive bonuses and mastership, and if bonuses have already been paid on the returned product, bonuses will be recouped.

Note:
1) Refund of product will be made to bank account register in the system.
2) Members are not allowed to return the same type of product, if the product has been returned before.
3) In case of a refund, all distributed commission and PV will be readjusted accordingly 
4) Refund will be process within 7-21 working days
5) If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our products, you may return them within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund of the product price and applicable tax.
6) Except for food, beverage and cosmetic products, all defective products are returnable with the condition that the product is in the same condition as when purchased.
7) Original receipt has to be attached with the product returned.
8) Purchaser is responsible for return delivery charges and kindly return the goods together with the box with good conditions.
