- If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our products, you may return them within 30 days of purchase, we will fully refund for the products, less applicable bonuses to you on unopened and sellable products.
- All products can be returned if they are in the same condition as at the time of purchase including the product packaging or if you found a defect in the product.
- If you return an item due to a simple change of mind, we do not refund the shipping cost. If you received it with free shipping, we will refund the amount except for the shipping cost.
- The form of the refund will be based on the original form of payment. Instead of a refund, we may choose other alternatives such as a product credit. The return of products may affect your eligibility to receive bonuses and your Mastership, and if bonuses have already been paid on the returned product, then we will recoup your bonuses.
- We will exchange the products if the delivery is incorrect or the products are defective for orders purchased directly from us within 30 days from the date of purchase.
