How to register online

New member registraion procedure
1. Fill out the application form on the website
2. Membership ID issued immediately online
3. Go to www.atomy.kr/m/mload_ph for your membership verification. Upload a photo of your TIN ID card and a signed verification form along with your given membership ID.
4. The verification process may take up to 3-5 business days. You will receive another completion email once verification is done.
How to maintain a member status
To maintain a member status: A Purchase must be made once every 12 months. Period starts from the month following the month you receive approval to the last day of the 12th month. Upon purchase, 12 months will be valid from the month following the month of the last purchase to the last day of the 12th month.
Termination and Auto withdrawal of Membership
1. Members may request to terminate their membership any time and for any reason. Membership will be terminated upon receipt and verification of completed termination form from member. Registration can only be done one year after the termination.
2. Members with no sales and PV for the period of 1 year will automatically be withdrawn. Rejoining can be done right after the withdrawal of membership. Recovering of membership can be done only within the month of withdrawal.

Ordering Procedure

Shipping

The ordered product is to be dispatched via affiliated or outsourced courier services. Delivery time and shipping cost may differ by different regions.

Delivery days : Delivery will take 4-6 working days after the payment confirmation of the order.

Payment Method

Payment can be via Debit or Credit card, BDO bank deposit and PNB bills payment.

1. Bank Deposit : Over the counter and Online transfer
Over the counter - Go to any BDO bank to make an over-the-counter deposit into Atomy Philippines Bank account.
※ MUST Print Your ORDER NUMBER on the Deposit Slip and also note that we process your order once we are able to verify the full payment, generally the next business day.
Online Transfer - Members who have savings account in BDO may transfer money online using mobile banking (BDO app) and BDO website.
※ MUST encode the ORDER NUMBER at REMARKS. Take screenshot of successful transaction, then email it to atomyph_admin@atomypark.com until 4PM the next day.
2. Credit/ Debit Card :
Credit Card - After encoding the Credit card Payment details, OTP will be sent to the credit card holder for proceeding the transaction.
Debit Card - After encoding the Debit Card Payment details, no OTP require to accomplish the transaction.
Verification of payment is automatic.
3. Bills Payment Over the Counter : Go to any PNB Bank to make an over-the-counter bills payment.
  • Get the Bills Payment Slip and fill-out the necessary information. MUST WRITE the ORDER NUMBER on the REFERENCE NO.
* Submit the slip to Bank Teller and KEEP the validated Bills payment slip as proof of payment.

MODE OF PAYMENT: CASH
*Indicate the number “1” on “Mode of Payment” part of the slip and write the total amount to pay.
MODE OF PAYMENT: DEBIT ACCOUNT (PNB Account Holders)
*Indicate the number “5” on “Mode of Payment” part of the slip and write the total amount to debit.

Refund and Exchange

Customer return
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, you may return them within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund of the product price and applicable tax. All products are returnable if the product is in the same condition as when purchased including the product packaging or if you discover the product defects. Contact us via phone or email to request the refund or exchange. Purchaser is responsible for shipping charges for returns. Charge back or reversal will be reflected on your debit or credit card. BDO bank deposit and PNB bills payment method will be refunded to BDO savings account after confirmation. The product's packing material must be in same condition as when received.
Products cannot be refund and exchange if;
1. The product exceeded 30 days from the date for purchase.
2. Product is damaged due to the sales rep's responsibility.
3. The value of the product has been reduced due to partial use of product.
4. Wrapping of products which can be duplicated has been damaged.
Guideline and Procedure
1. Check the purchase information and sales invoice: Date of Order or Delivery if still covered 30days from date of purchase, fill out the “Cancel and Refund Form” if its for return and for refund, otherwise fill-out the “Return and Exchange Form”.
2. After signing the completed form, other documents that should be prepared are ID of the person who will sign the form, pictures of the product/s, and a copy of sales invoice.
