New Membership Registration Procedure
1. Fill out the application page on the website.
2. Member Registration Number (Membership ID) issued immediately on-line.
3. Proceed with business and product purchasing
How to Maintain Membership
To maintain membership: A Purchase must be made once every 12 months. Period starts from the month following the month you receive approval to the last day of the 12th month. Upon purchase, 12 months will be valid from the month following the month of the last purchase to the last day of the 12th month.
1. If you would like to terminate the contract with Atomy, you will be required to provide a form for reasons.
      A resigned Member can re-register again after 1 year from the day of cancellation.
      Member's family members, including partner, children and relatives cannot register for sales until the resigned salesperson
2. When the company decides to terminate a contract with the Member, company will notify the member by mail.

Ordering Procedure


The ordered product is to be dispatched via affiliated service of Atomy. Due delivery time and shipping cost may differ by region.

Payment Method

Payments can be paid in general methods as by Credit Cards, Bank Deposit, or Cashier's Check/Money Order.

Credit Card Payment
Once you purchased a product, the payment will be debited and on hold (for online credit card payment, please clarify the name of the cardholder and the name of the person who will receive products). Please specify the payment date, and the payment type. Your order will be automatically cancelled if the payment is not completed before the due date.

Returns & Refund

Payments can be paid in general methods as by Credit Cards, Bank Deposit, or Cashier's Check/Money Order.

Customer Return
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, you may return them within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund of the product price and applicable tax. All products are returnable if the product is in the same condition as when purchased including the product packaging or if you discover the product defects. Contact us by phone or fax to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION before shipping. Purchaser is responsible for shipping charges for returns. Your credit card will be refunded or a refund check will be issued based on the original form of payment once the item is inspected. The product's packing material must be in same condition as when received.
Member Return
Member returns will be processed in accordance with our return policy.
Return Guideline and Procedure
1. Check the purchase information and receipts: Time of Order or Delivery, Channel of distribution (Atomy or a Member).
2. If a member: Check if there was a mark-up profit rewarded by the product purchase.
3. Prepare the required papers and the product to return: Order receipt, copy of ID, withdrawal form, etc.
4. Contact Atomy or a Member: Phone, fax, e-mail, or personal visit.
