|Return / Exchange||
- If for any reason members are not satisfied with the products, the members may return them with original receipt within 30 days of purchase. Members are not allowed to return the same type of product, if the product has been returned before.
- Except for food beverage and cosmetic products, all defective products are returnable with the condition that the product is in the same condition as when purchased.
|Product cannot be returned/exchanged if:||
- Returns for used products or for individual items that belong to a set is not available.
- Products cannot be returned if:
1. The product exceeds 30 days from the purchase date.
2. Product is damaged due to member's responsibility.
3. The value of the product has been reduced due to partial use of product.
4. Damage to outside wrapping.
5. Same product type was returned before.
|Application Period for Refund/Exchange||
- The company will exchange or refund if you notify the company within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- In case of a refund, all distributed commission and PV will be readjusted accordingly
- Kindly return the product to Atomy Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. together with the invoice and the return request form.
- All return shipping cost (if any) should be paid by sender.
- Products sent to the company without prior approval from the company will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
