1 Commission How can I receive my commission? 2024-05-07

At Atomy Canada, we offer an enhanced membership level called Absolute Membership, which is available exclusively to Canadian citizens or Permanent residents of Canada who initially register as regular customers (regular members).

Here's how you can upgrade to Absolute Membership and qualify for commissions:


1. Visit the 'Edit My Account' Page: To initiate the upgrade process, simply navigate to the 'Edit My Account' page on the Atomy Canada website.

2. Provide Required Documents: Eligible individuals must upload the following documents on the Atomy Canada website: your SIN Document, Government Photo ID, and Personal Checking Bank Document.

Note: Ensure that all required documents display your legal name and match the name in your Atomy profile for a successful upgrade to Absolute Membership.

Commission Payout Schedule: General commissions collected from the 1st to the 15th of the month will be paid on the 15th, while commissions collected between the 16th and the last day of the month will be paid on the last day of the month.

2 Commission How can I use PV? 2024-05-07

PV, or Point Value, cannot be directly redeemed as merchandise.

Instead, PV serves the purpose of determining commission payouts. When your Personal PV (earned from your personal purchases) and Group PV (earned from your downlines' purchases) reach specific thresholds, you become eligible to receive commissions. PV accumulation is essential for commission eligibility and reflects both personal and group activity within the Atomy system.

3 Membership How can I edit my profile information? 2024-05-07

To update your profile information, simply navigate to the 'Edit My Account' page. Please note that some information can be changed and some cannot be changed.


1. Can be modified : Address, Bank information, Password (Private & Guest), Phone number, Email address
2. Can NOT be modified: Name. Date of Birth, Last 3 digits of SIN #


Additionally, members have a two-week window from their registration date to make any necessary corrections to their name or date of birth. You can easily update this information by visiting 'Edit My Account' during this period.

4 Membership What is the condition for Atomy Canada membership? 2024-05-07

To become a member of Atomy Canada, you must meet the following conditions:


1. Must be 18 years old or older
2. Any resident of Canada **

** Canadian Citizen & Permanent Residents are eligible to upgrade to the Absolute membership & can claim commission

5 Membership How can I become an Atomy Canada member? 2024-05-07

To become an Atomy Canada member, you can register on the Atomy Canada website by clicking on "Join Us" and following the instructions provided. 


You will need the sponsor's membership ID and guest password to complete the registration process. If you do not have the sponsor's membership ID and guest password, please contact Atomy Canada Customer Support Centre via email at atomy_ca@atomypark.com. We will assist you in the registration process!

6 Order/Payment Once the order is made, can I change the method of payment? 2024-05-07

Unfortunately, once the order is placed, you are unable to change the method of payment. However, if your order can still be cancelled, you have the option to cancel the order and then place it again using a different method of payment.

7 Order/Payment The credit card payment is keeps on failing due to the wrong postal code. What can I do? 2024-05-07

If your credit card payment is repeatedly failing due to an incorrect postal code, please ensure that the billing address you input during the ordering process matches the address on the credit card on file. 


For credit card verification purposes, it's essential to enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement when placing an order. Double-check the accuracy of the postal code and other billing address details to resolve this issue.


8 Cancel/Refund How can I cancel my order? 2024-05-07

To cancel your order, simply go to 'My Atomy Mall > Order History' on the website or mobile app. Please note that order cancellations can only be done within a certain time range:


1. For orders made Monday to Friday, changes must be made by the upcoming 8:00 am (PST) / 11:00 am (EST).

2. For orders made during the weekend, changes must be made by the following Monday 8:00 am (PST) / 11:00 am (EST).

9 Shipping How long is the delivery time? 2024-05-07

All orders are shipped via standard ground shipping, typically taking about 4 to 8 business days for delivery. However, delivery may take longer under certain circumstances, such as holidays and weather delays.


The delivery time also depends on your location:

8 to 10 business days: Saskatchewan & Manitoba
8 to 12 business days: Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia

10 to 15 business days: Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut

10 Shipping Can I track my order status? 2024-05-07

At Atomy Canada, we provide multiple options for tracking your orders to ensure transparency and convenience:


1. Email Notification: Canada Post will send you an email notification once your parcel is dispatched and on its way to you.
2. Website Tracking: Simply visit the Atomy Canada website or use the Atomy Canada mobile app. Navigate to the "Track my order(s)" page in the Shopping Mall section.

Additionally, once your order is processed and ready for shipment, you will also receive a tracking email notification.
